The Guardians documentary on “Muslims lynching by Hindu Mobs” wins the UK Sanford St Martin Award

London: The Guardian’s documentary on the massacre of Muslims in the name of religion by Hindu mobs in the name of cow rickshaws won the Sanford St. Martin Award at a ceremony on Thursday evening. This award is supported by the Church of England. The ceremony is usually held at Lamb’s Palace, the official residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury but this year it was held online because of Corona. The first award in the journalism category was won by Al Jazeera’s English documentary ‘The surveillance of US Arab community’. In which the surveillance of the Arab community living in the United States is discussed. The first award in the TV category was given to Channel 4’s Documentary for Sama on the situation in Syria. The film has already won several international awards.
