Sur Sangam musical art held its annual celebration in Birmingham
Birmingham: Sur Sangam musical art held its annual celebration. The evening consisted of a vast array of magical melodies, Geets, Ghazals, Sufi, Folk, Bollywood old and new songs were performed by leading artists. The event was held at the Hamstead Social Club Ltd, Old Walsall Road, Great Barr. Special performances were given by Ustad Qammar Ali Khan, Meena Kumari, Adi, Zaryab, Asif Zaidi, Tasaddaq, Kashif, Najma Saeed, Najma Rani, Googi, Sukhi, Malkeet Mala, Shamaila, Nazir Awan, Salma Bhatti and others. The event was extremely popular and successful. The performances mesmerised the audiences who classed the evening as outstanding. In attendance were Lalit Bhusal, Sajad Hussian, Shabbir Ahmed, Rakesh Sachdev, Salma Shaukat, Khajista Bibi, Sukhi Rooprai, Lala Abdul Qadir, Ghaz Butt, Khushi Qureshi and others.
