Tuesday April 3rd Stand up to Islamophobia In response to “Punish A Muslim Day”

Birmingham: Following the shocking “Punish A Muslim Day April 3rd” hate campaign of letters and packages to Muslim homes around the country and Muslim MPs, Stand Up to Racism will be holding a ‘Day of Solidarity’ against Islamophobia on April 3rd. In Birmingham this will take place:

Waterstones 24-26 High Street, B4 7SL Birmingham – 4:30 to 6:00 pm

The outrageous ‘Punish a Muslim Day’ letter recently sent to homes across the country is yet another example of anti-Muslim hate crime which has doubled over the last year.

We urge all anti-racists to stand together on this day to condemn utterly this act of terrorism against part of our community.

We will not let any of our brothers and sisters be intimidated in this way.

We will not let the racists push us off the streets.

We will not let the racists divide us.
