APWA Birmingham organised a workshop on British Law and legislation

Birmingham: All Pakistan Women Association (APWA) Birmingham organised a workshop on British Law and legislation in partnership with Cambridge Solicitors at Cambridge Solicitors LLP- Conveyancing, Divorce and Immigration Lawyers warrick road to raise awareness on day to day legal issues we are having to face. The keynote speakers were Famida Ahmed and Kamila Haseen Rahman. They expressed their views and gave a comprehensive briefing to ladies about the following topics: child contact matters; Divorce; Financial settlements; Conveyancing; Leases; Partnership deeds; Immigration; will writing; Listing Power of attorney and etc. In attendance were Riffat Mughal, Adeela Pervaz, Bina Ahmed, Gazalah Ahmed, Shaam Abbasi, Sajeda Awan, Kubra Bibi, Fajili Bibi, Shazia Bashir, Samina Rajah and others.
