Keeping up with the zingy upbeat vibe of the film, the makers of De De Pyaar De have released yet another groovy track – Mukhda Vekh Ke, which is sure to make you shake a leg to its buoyant beats. Recreated by Manj, Atul Sharma’s hit number, Mukhda Vekh Ke adds heavy doses of energy and fun to the already vibrant mood of the film.
Featuring the entire cast of the film, the peppy track highlights the equation various characters in the film share with each other. As the song progresses, one also gets to see a bit of the affable Ajay Devgn–Tabu chemistry, and the crackling Ajay-Rakul Preet chemistry in the song.
Sung by Mika Singh and Dhvani Bhanushali, one cannot escape being grooved to the fiercely entertaining tunes of Mukhda Vekh Ke.
Speaking about the recreation, Manj said, “I’m a big fan of Atul Sharma and Bindrakhia’s work and I wanted to revisit one of their numbers. While the song has been tweaked to suit the present generation, I also made certain to retain the original essence of the song. I am hoping that the rejuvenated version finds as much love and appreciation as the original.”
Mukhda Vekh Ke is that kind of a song which can be enjoyed by the entire family. Director Akiv Ali said, “Mukhda Vekh Ke was a perfect fit for this particular situation in the film, where all the important characters of the film are together. While the song is a party number, I also wanted to show the undercurrents between the characters through this song.”
Mukhda Vekh Ke is a sure shot party entertainer, which is going to get the audience grooving.
De De Pyaar De explores the relationship between an older man and a younger woman and is helmed by Akiv Ali. The film stars Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet and Tabu in lead roles and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. De De Pyaar De is slated to release on May 17, 2019.
