Birmingham: A candle vigil was held by New APWA in Birmingham to condemn the brutal rape and murder of 7 year old Zainab.   1. Very sad situation in Kasur indeed. Very well presented and thanks for doing this. A clear message should be sent to government and rapists and killers that general public will not tolerate such sick acts. An example must be set no matter where in the world such atrocities take place
